  • one cup of oiled water
  • 1 mug and 1 teapot
  • 1 handful of fresh or dried thyme


Heat the 1 cup of water and make sure the temperature is around 200-212 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the water boils transfer it into the mug and add the handful of dried or fresh thyme. Cover it up and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and consume it daily for best effect.
