3 GREAT COMBO WITH BEET ROT

ingredients
1 beetroot
1 sweet potato
10 carrots
Preparation
In a juicer or blender place all ingredients. First put the beets, then sweet potatoes and carrots.
This drink is acting as agent for purifying the blood and liver of toxins. Beets also helps to increase the level of iron in the blood. Carrots are rich in vitamins A and have diuretic properties, which help in the secretion of toxins and excess fluid from the body.

1 apple
1 beetroot
8 carrots
2 celery
3 cups spinach
Preparation

Tonic beetroot, carrot and apple

1 large beetroot, sliced or 2 small slices
2 large carrots
