1. Foods high in fiber such as fruits, nuts, leafy green vegetables and whole grains of cereals during the summer should be included in large quantities in you’re daily meals.

3. Neem is known Indian herb that helps with perspiration effectively, because it is a powerful antioxidant. In a cup of boiling water add a teaspoon of neem and stir it.

Therefore avoid margarine and butter or sunflower oil when making dinner, because on high teperature they turn into harmful ingredients and our body removes them through the pores of the skin.
