Golden Milk


  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of dried turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Honey (to taste/optional)

Heat the milk and once it begins to steam add the other ingredients and simmer with them for a few minutes. Let it cool and add the honey if needed and drink.

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and you will get a smoothie the regular way. Always make a fresh batch and consume it daily.

  • 1-2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of clove powder

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric spice
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Mix all the ingredients into 1-2 cups of water and drink without delay.
