According to a study, 31 million Americans suffer from chronic lower back pain. Back pain is the pain that is common to most Americans. This suffering can be eliminated by persistence in doing some regular exercises.
These 8 exercises below can be done to overcome the problem of pain, seizures, and muscle stiffness.
- The floor hamstring stretch.
Do it with two feet in balance for at least 30 seconds.
- Knee to chest stretch.
This exercise is highly recommended to strengthen your glutes. Highly recommended to be done for at least 20 seconds.
- Spinal stretch.
This exercise is a favorite exercise for patients with pelvic pain. Should be done for 20 seconds with both knees. Although highly recommended, do not go overboard in doing this exercise.
- The piriformis stretch.
Perform this exercise for 30 seconds for each foot.
- The Hip Flexors stretch.
Perform this exercise at least 30 seconds a day.
- The quadriceps lying down stretch.
Do it in balancer for each side. It is strongly recommended to do this exercise twice.
- The total back stretch.
Perform this exercise for 30 seconds, after that try this :hold 10 seconds to each side. You will find your lower back does not experience pain again.
