Apple cider vinegar, or AVC, has been known to help with acne. Simply apply to the face with a cotton ball several times a day. Make a solution of 2 tablespoons AVC with 8 ounces of water.
AVC can also be used to help with age spots. Mix 2 teaspoons ACV with 1 teaspoon onion juice.
Apply daily to the skin, and within 2 weeks the age spots will start to fade.

AVC helps with arthritis when massaged onto the skin with a mixture of 2 egg whites and a quarter cup olive oil. Simply add half a cup to this mixture and massage onto joints that are stiff and tired.
Blood pressure may be lowered when apple cider vinegar is mixed with honey. Mix in equal amounts of each, then place in a glass of water and drink down.

Help relieve body odor with apple cider vinegar. This will eliminate bacteria that is on the body. Swipe the armpits with apple cider vinegar that has not been diluted, or soak the feet twice weekly to eliminate any odor.

Burns can find relief from ACV when applied. For best results, apply to the burn as soon as it happens.
Simply soak a washcloth in the apple cider vinegar, and then gently wipe the burn. This may be used for sunburns or a burn from a hot surface.

Apple cider vinegar can also help to prevent cancer. It is best to drink 2 to 3 teaspoons in a full glass of water daily. ACV contains beta-carotene, as well as phytochemicals that protect the body against cancer formation.
