As the season of apples is nearly year-round, they are available in every market . They are  with sour-sweet taste,refreshing and with special aroma. There are numerous varieties of apples, which differ in sweetness or taste, or acidity. To many people, Apple is not exactly most attractive fruit, but it is one of the best and healthiest foods and should be used in the daily diet.

Nutritionists suggest in 1 year person should eat at least 60 to 80  pounds of apples.
Apples facilitates digestion and contains many beneficial substances that stimulate the immune system of the body to prevent the deposition of fat in the liver and protects against cancer .
The fruit contains  water , sugar , pectin, vitamin A, B and C , and even organic acids such as apple , lemon , carbon acids and antacid too.
Unlike other fruits , apples are easily stored .You can keep them long time in storage . Fresh apple contains enough pectin, which in the body they absorb water and toxic products in the gut . Thus apple removes toxins from the body .

Apples contains plenty of important vitamins like A , B1, B2, niacin , vitamin C . From minerals, most apples contains potassium and phosphorus. And  in smaller quantities iron and calcium .

apples are dissolved in stomach for 15-20 minutes. If the eat them in combination with other foods , they dissolve after a few hours , so it is recommended to be eaten half an hour before the meal or a few hours after a meal .

2 apple
2 cinnamon sticks
1 liter of still water

Method of preparation:

Wash the apples nicely and cut them into thin slices. Place them in a  bottle or jar with the  cinnamon, pour the water in and leave it in the fridge overnight.
You should drink the apple water in 1 day, and then add another liter of water in the bottle for the next day. These ingredients can be used 3 times.
