Best way to Start Healthy Day
Breakfast is the most important meal and as such it must contain everything that our body needs for the upcoming day: proteins, glucose, minerals,Â amino acids, enzymes and vitamins.
You will only need 10 minutes of your time to prepare this healthy breakfast and your body will be thankfull.
Aids digestion, it’s a mild laxative and has soothing effect. Contains iron, calcium and magnesium, and vitamin B helps at bone health and connective tissue. Contains 6 of 8 essential amino acids.
Oats require chewing and chewing stimulates salivation and secretion of gastric juices. Soluble fiber in Oats are increasing the viscosity and stickiness of the stomach contents. Viscous fibers slow the emptying of the stomach and provide a feeling of satiety.
In short: oats provides a sense of fullness, increases energy and intake of nutrients, and strengthen your bones and connective tissue.
Banana (or pumpkin).
We’re sure a lot of you know why we will tell only the most basic reasons why portion of 2 bananas provide energy for 90 minutes of hard work.
They increases the body’s ability to absorb calcium, and thus indirectly this fruit helps to slow down the loss of calcium from the bones and prevent osteoporosis.
It is a good antioxidant, activates the epithelial cells lining the stomach to produce a thick protective layer of mucus that is a barrier to gastric acid and eliminate bacteria from the stomach (especially Helicobacter pylori) that are known to cause ulcer.
Bananas should not be refrigerated.
As an alternative to a banana you can use raw pumpkin .
Nuts (Almond, hazelnut, wallnut ….)
All nuts contain omega 3 fatty acids (like salmon), and they improve the ratio of good cholesterol and protect the heart.
They are ideal source of protein, rich in vitamin E and it is important for the following reasons: Vitamin E is one of the best antioxidants in the body, which protects the cells from damage under the influence of free radicals.
The formation of free radicals leads to damage to cells and tissues in the body, which enhances the aging process, and the occurrence of diseases such as cardiovascular and malignant diseases.
All nuts help prevent the most common diseases today.
Note: Not to consume more than 6 tsp of nuts per day.
How to prepare the breakfast:
In a plate , pour 4-5 tablespoons of oats, mash 1 banana, and add 3-4 teaspoons of ground nuts (almonds, walnuts , hazelnut , Brazilian nuts … )
And that’s your base !
On this basis feel free to experimenting with flavors, feel free to add all the fruit that you like and you currently have in the kitchen. One day it can be apple, second day pear, third pineapple …
With this fresh fruit please feel free to also add the 2 teaspoons of dried fruit: grapes, cranberries …
Simply pamper yourself , for example if you add an apple you can put a little cinnamon too.
The most important thing is to like what you eat.
You can eat this kind of meal in amounts that you want, there is no trace of cholesterol or saturated fat which can “stick” to your body. If combination you choose is not sweet enough, go ahead and sweeten it with honey.
