Not many people are aware of the importance of brushing your tongue. They think if they brush the teeth that is all from oral hygiene, but this is not true. Tongue consists of small sponge -like top which produces bacteria releasing bad odor in the mouth.
If you clean it regularly you will prevent many oral infections like sore throat, cold and severe cough.
Use tooth brush and put on it some toothpaste and baking soda. Gently brush your tip of the tongue and then slowly go toward the middle section of the tongue. It will be more effective if you goo even deeper to the back.
Finally, wash off your mouth with water until you feel it clean. You must disinfect the toothbrush right after you are finished since bacteria can grow rapidly, so in this way you will remove everything.
The process can take care of your overall health including lung diseases, throat infections and many other oral diseases. The result is fresh and clean breath.
