The liver is the biggest gland in our body and it is the only organ that can regenerate itself.
Therefore, in order to clean the liver, i.e. to release the toxins, you can practice the following diet.
Day 1. Immediately after you wake up, drink 1 cup warm water with lemon juice made from several lemons. During the day, whenever you feel hunger, before breakfast, lunch or dinner, drink this potion. Also you may use fresh tomato juice, since it cleans the liver too.
Day2. Prepare a potion of 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and 4 tablespoons castor oil. Drink this potion before you go to bed, and then chew a piece of lemon to clean the oily taste in your mouth.
Few hours after midnight you will feel a need to empty your intestines and you will notice that you have never had such a dark stool with such an unpleasant smell, but that means that you have released the built up toxins.
Day3. Make yourself a tomato soup for breakfast. Slice the tomato in small pieces and put them in a pan, add some water and cook it for a while on a medium heat. You may add a pinch of salt and some spices. Do not add any kind of oil. This soup will clean the toxins that are deposited in your liver.
