- 400g of finely chopped and seeded cottonfruit
- 3 pieces of chili
- 250g of slide pork
- 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 1/2 cup of onions (sliced)
- 1+1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 2 pcs. of shrimp broth cube
First soak the cotton fruit in salted water for about 30 minutes and after that drain them dry. Heat the oil with garlic and onion and saute these ingredients. Mix in the pork and shrimp broth cubes and cook for 3 minutes. Add in the cotton fruit and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Mix in the coconut milk and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Add in the chili peppers or spice and cook until the cotton fruit becomes softer.
