Freshly squeezed tangerine juice is a perfect choice for a fresh start to the day.

Detoxification Juice RecipesIn 100 g tangerine juice has 180 mg potassium, 18 mg calcium, magnesium 8 mg, 14 mg phosphorus, also iron, zinc, copper and abundance of antioxidant phytochemicals.

If you start your Saturday, Sunday and Monday with this citrus cocktail, which we recommend, you will be fully prepared for the upcoming work week.

Citrus cocktail:

Detoxification Juice Recipes

– 2 oranges

– 2 tangerines,

– ½ lemon

– branch of fresh mint.

If you do not have fresh mint this coctail can be diluted with 50 ml of iced mint tea.
