Aluminum can be found in the earth’s crust and also dairy products. This metal is also found in many vitamin products and also aluminum foil.

How to stop aluminum poisoning?
You should avoid the use of aluminum foil, aluminum plates, and cookware made of aluminum. You may be able to use pans made of cast iron instead of using pans made of aluminum. We should avoid foods that contain metals and switch to organic foods.
