Turmeric is known to be very useful in a variety of traditional treatment methods, particularly from India and China. This spice contains anti-inflammatory properties that are capable of treating a variety of diseases, such as jaundice, abdominal bloating, bloody urine, chest pain, colic, and some types of bleeding.
Curcumin, the active compound from turmeric, is responsible for the healing effects of turmeric. Curcumin is deemed stronger than Motrin, one of the popular drugs for inflammatory.
Turmeric is used to treat IBD, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s. Turmeric is also one part of traditional cancer treatments. Turmeric has a healing effect on some diseases, such as stroke, heart disease, to Alzheimer’s. Here are some ways that can be done in the use of turmeric or saffron:
Chemical Free Tie-dye:
Prepare 1 cup of water and add 5 tablespoons of turmeric. Mix well and simmer for 1 hour. Drink.
Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of raw honey and 1 teaspoon of water. Combine them and you’ll have the pasta. Apply on your skin for 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Combine 4 cups of boiling water and 1 teaspoon of turmeric and you will have a healing tea.
Natural Food Coloring in Baking:
Mix turmeric extract in baking.
Prepare 3 tablespoons of coconut soft, 2 tsp of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of turmeric and mix them until you get a paste. Apply on your teeth.
Mix 1 whisked egg white, 1/3 tsp of turmeric, ½ teaspoon of lemon juice and apply the mixture for 10 minutes.
Homemade Putty Coloring for Kids:
Prepare water, salt, oil, flour, cream of tartar, and turmeric.
Add the turmeric on your moisturizer.
Mix coconut oil and turmeric and apply on your scalp for 15 minutes.
Mix himalaya salt and turmeric by using a ratio of 1: 2. Apply on the affected area and do up to one hour a day. You will be able to minimize swelling.
Disinfect Minor Cuts and Wounds:
Wash your cut and sprinkle turmeric powder on it before bandaging
Combine turmeric with Aloe Vera and apply the mixture on burn-caused pain.
