Green Smoothie For Better Colon Health

Using the recipe below, this green smoothie will cleanse the colon while eliminating all toxins and bacteria that has been accumulated in the body. It tastes great and is easy to prepare.
Green Smoothie

You will need a blender and the following to make this recipe:

· 1 kiwi

· 50 grams fresh basil

· one small banana

· fresh grated ginger

· 50 grams fresh mango

· one green juicy apple

Wash all the ingredients. Chop the kiwi, the banana, the apple and the mango and chop into small pieces. Place them into the blender. Chop the basil into small pieces, then add to the blender.

Add 200 ml of cold water and a small amount of fresh grated ginger. Blend for a few minutes, so all the ingredients become smooth. Pour into a glass and drink slowly for intestines to ingest.
