Ingredients:

2 tbsp of oatmeal
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 tsp of f milled flaxseed
Seven fleshy plums
250 ml of organic kefir or yogurt (low-fat)

How to prepare:

Prepare your breakfast at night. Place the plums into a bowl and flush with 100 ml of boiling water. Cover the bowl and leave for up to 10 minutes.
