-200gr spinach

-200gr green kale

-60ml olive oil

-60ml sour cream

Preparation method:

Boil the kale and spinach for a while, and then strain them and put them in a blender. Add the olive oil and sour cream and blend well.
Put the green mask on a clean face and neck. For the best effect, leave the mask on the face about 8 minutes. Than wash your face with cold water in order to close the pores. You can keep this green mask in the fridge for a week. Use the mask 1-2 times a week.


The main substances of this homemade mask that give the skin a younger look are lute-in, vitamin E and milk acid. Harvard’s investigators claim that the antioxidants like lute-in which can be found in green vegetable can protect the skin, except eyes, from free radicals.
