In most children, the pain attacked the thighs, calves, and behind the knees. In this article I will explain about a magnesium-based lotion recipe suggested by homeopathy and alternative health community.


The main ingredient of this recipe is magnesium. Most joint pain and muscle pain caused by a deficiency of minerals, especially magnesium which affect the stability of calcium in the bones. This lotion will give magnesium intake.


Arnica extracts works by supporting the magnesium oil. This extract is anti-inflammatory that will relieve joint pain due to inflammation. Arnica will inhibit histamine, a natural compound that is responsible for swelling.


3 ounces of arnica and comfrey infused oil
½ ounce of stearic acid
½ ounce of beeswax
1 ½ ounce of shea butter
1 ½ ounces of aloe vera gel
1 ½ ounces of magnesium oil

How to prepare

Prepare 2 tablespoons of dried arnica flowers and 2 tablespoons of dried comfrey leaves. Mix and add olive oil as much as 6 ounces. Stir and put in a tube and place the tube into a pot containing two inches of water. Heat the pan for 2 hours and make sure the ingredients are not evaporated.

Combine beeswax and stearic acid and turn off the heat and stir the herb evenly. Once cool, store potion into a container and make sure you don’t use a metal storage because the magnesium-based herb can cause rust.
