You need to wash apples you buy from the store before giving them to your family
Apple is a popular fruit and this fruit is available so far in the various markets. Many people usually buy apples at the store, buy them, and go home with the thought have bought some fruits to improve the health of their families, but they do not realize that the purchased apples may be covered by dangerous wax.
In fact, all types of apple produce natural wax, but if they need to be stored for long periods they should be covered by a food grade wax and some food grade wax products made of petroleum products. We certainly know that petroleum products are not good for our health, so what should we do?
First of all we should buy apples from local farms and we would only find the natural waxes. If you must buy from the store then wash apples before giving them to your family. You should do this not only on the apples, but on all the fruits and vegetables you buy at the store because most of them are covered by food grade waxes.
We recommend you to fill your sink with 4 inches of warm water and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Enter the apples and rub them all with a brush.
This step can remove food-grade wax from your apples.
