Military Diet Lose 10 Pounds in Just 3 Days

 

At this point I would like to share some of the recipes that make up a military diet. This diet consists of a variety of menus, the breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You have to prevent some extra supplements, such as dressing and fat. You can only involve lemon juice, cooking spray, spices, mustard, and lemon juice.

Remember that this diet must be executed within 3 days and once you have passed 3 days, you have to rest for four days before restarting the military diet for the next 3 days.

Day 1:

Breakfast

– 1 slice of toast
– 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
– 1/2 fresh orange
– 1 cup of tea or coffee (with caffeine).

Lunch

– 1 slice of toast.
– 1/2 cup of tuna.
– 1 cup of tea or coffee (with caffeine).

Dinner

– 1 cup of green beans.
– 3 ounces of meat.
– 1 apple
– 1/2 banana.
– 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

DAY 2

Breakfast

– 1 slice of toast.
– 1 egg.
– 1/2 banana.

Lunch

– 1 hard-boiled egg.
– 1 cup of cottage cheese.
– 5 pieces of crackers.

Dinner

– 2 hotdog (without the bun).
– 1/2 cup of carrots.
– 1 cup of broccoli.
– 1/2 banana.
– 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.

DAY 3

Breakfast

– 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
– 5 pieces of crackers.
– 1 apple

Lunch

– 1 slice of toast.
– 1 boiled egg

Dinner

– 1 cup of tuna.
– 1/2 banana.
– 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

When you’re on the diet you must exercise regularly. You need to do a simple stretching, rope jumping, swimming, and so forth. This diet has given fat reduction for many people.
