Nettle: Treasure of Health and Vitamin

Young nettle leaves to taste nearly like spinach. But they contain five times more calcium and six times more vitamin C than spinach.

Scientific research has shown that the nettle is effective at allergies related with the arrival of spring . But before you start to use syrup, extract or tea from nettle people with allergic problems should consult a doctor or homeopath.
Due to the large amounts of potassium nettle is acting as diuretic, and is used in the treatment of urinary tract and preventing the formation of kidney stones .

After that, the mixture is cooked with a lid on for 30 minutes, and when cooled drink one cup three times a day before meals. This tes separates mucus from the lungs, cleans intestines, liver and stomach.
