Dandelion Syrup Recipe

For the syrup, you will need:

Ingredients:

  • 400 dandelion yellow flowers
  • 4 sliced lemons
  • 4 sliced oranges
  • 3 liters of water
  • 2 cups of sugar

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in the water and make sure they are in a pot that can be closed with a lid. Secure the pot and leave the mixture to sit for 24 hours or more. Once it does add the cups of sugar inside it and boil this mixture for 30 minutes.

When the mixture gets thicker and resembles a syrup remove it from heat and let it cool. Transfer it into securable jars, preferably glass and use it for bronchitis, coughs, colds and flu.
