Recipes against Colds
In order to avoid these cold autumn days, we decided to present you a few folk recipes that aim to reduce the status of the common cold or to fully heal.
– Mash some garlic cloves and place them in a glass of milk. Then put the mixture to boil. Once you boil remove it from the fire and leave it to cool. Consume a teaspoon from the mixture a few times during the day.
– Take about 100 grams of fresh pine needles. Wash them well and mash them. Then place them in a liter of boiling water and let them to simmer for a 10-15 minutes. Drain the liquid and drink one cup 3-4 times a day. This recipe has an antibacterial effect and accelerates the healing of the body during flu and colds.
– 1:1 mix grated garlic and honey. Take 1-2 tablespoons per day with water.
