2 stalks of celery

2 inches ginger
1/4 cup crushed almonds
1 glass of water

4.Grapefruit – orange smoothie:

1 orange
1 grapefruit
1 apple
1 banana
1/4 cup crushed almonds
1 glass of water
Blend the ingredients

5.Apple smoothie:

1 apple
2 stalks of celery
2 inches ginger

Handful of spinach
2 tsp flax seeds
1 glass of water
Blend the ingredients

6.Blueberry smoothie:

1 cup blueberries
1 banana
1 orange
1/2 cup pineapple
1/4 cup crushed almonds
1 glass of water
Blend the ingredients

NOTE:With these 6 drinks we do not guarantee that you will lose your weight if you don’t put at least a little exercise (you can start with the simple walking)!!!
