Besides being a perfect summer drink, mint tea is the perfect ally for a flat stomach.

Mint soothes and relaxes, effectively eliminates the irritation of the stomach, all digestive problems and bloating.

In a recent survey, 95% of respondents who smelled extract of this herb, felt relaxation and reduction of headache in the first two minutes. Also, the same percentage of respondents stated that the pain completely disappeared after thirty minutes.

The majority of the participants within this study stated that the extract worked better than drugs in treating their headache.

ice mint teaThe ingredients for this refreshing drink are: 1 liter water, 3-5 bags of mint tea, a little lemon juice and a few ice cubes.

-Boil a liter of water and add the tea bags of mint. While warm, if you want it sweetened with a little honey, then the tea should be left to cool at room temperature. Later it should be transferred to a glass bottle and store in the refrigerator.

For stronger flavor you can add more lemon.
