Remove Hard Skin and Darkness from Knuckles and Get Softer Skin

January 6, 2017

We use our hands for pretty much everything and yet we often forget to take care of them. They are exposed to many potentially harmful situations and sometimes we use them to do and lift heavy objects that can have an effect on them even more than we realize.

There are a couple ways in which you can make your hands smoother, softer and more beautiful using these tricks.

  1. Cleanse Your Hands

This is the most common thing that can do a lot if you do it right. Cleanse your hands really good and remove the dead skin cells. Use the right soap that does not dry out the skin. You can also use your own homemade exfoliator made with: 1 teaspoon of salt and 10 drops of lemon juice. Make a paste out of these ingredients and gently exfoliate your hands. Rinse with lukewarm water.

  1. Moisturize Your Hands

The dish soap we are exposed to every day and other harmful chemicals as well as the cold and harsh temperatures can really affect the skin on our hands and that is why it is very important to moisturize regularly. The best choice is an oil based moisturizer or hand cream that is best used every day before bed. That will help the ream work overnight and soothe dry and damaged skin.

  1. Protect Your Skin

When it is cold outside in the winter days you can use gloves in order to protect the fragile skin on your hands. The same goes with washing the dishes or cleaning around the house. There are perfectly good and recommended rubber gloves you can use that are created precisely for this purpose. When you have a problem with the UV and sun rays you can also wear cotton gloves for maximum protection.
