Nicotine and cigarettes in general have very bad effects on our bodies.  If you are still smoking or have stopped, one of the best things you can do for the body is to cleanse the body of nicotine.

One of the best ways to do this is to use fresh ingredients that taste delicious.   Try any one of the following to do this:

 Kiwi and lemon–  When one smokes, the vitamins A, C, and E are discarded from the body.

This means that it is hard for the body to fight off infection and germs.  To counteract this, drink one glass of freshly squeezed lemon juice each morning or eat one kiwi a day.

Green tea and vitamin water-  More fluids are lost from the body when one smokes.  Drink large amounts of green tea or vitamin water to help cleanse the body from nicotine.

Orange juice- OJ hydrates the body, and also gives necessary vitamins.  Squeeze two fresh oranges into a glass, then add some water.  Drink this in between meals to cleanse nicotine from the body.

Fresh carrots-  Skin is often destroyed when one smokes, making it dry and lifeless.  In order to change this, one can eat carrots.  Carrots are full of vitamins A, C, E and K,and they really do a great job at cleansing the body. They can be eaten fresh or one may also wish to juice them.  If juicing them, add one apple and one lemon.   Eat as many as possible to see great results.

Carrots will help to restore the skin’s freshness.

Spinach and broccoli-  Folic acid is found in both of these vegetables.  The folic acid will help to cleanse the body of the nicotine.  Broccoli is great as it also contains vitamin C and B5.
