Rice Milk for Weight Loss
As a vegetable milk, rice milk contains very little calories, no saturated fat that can help you burn lipids, release energy and aid in digestion.
It can speed up the metabolism in the morning and that is why it is recommended to drink 1 cup of rice milk on an empty stomach since it can nourish your body the whole day and release much more energy.

Rice Milk Preparation:
- 1 cup of brown or white rice
- 8 ounces of water
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 4 tablespoons of honey
Bring the 8 ounces of water to a boil and after it does, add the cup of rice into it. Cook the rice on medium heat for 15-20 minutes and remove it from heat and let it cool down.
