Simple potion for weight loss

One cup of green tea is enough to wonder – accelerates metabolism by 12 percent, regulates blood sugar levels, reduces the risk of heart attack and various types of cancer, raises immunity and mood.

If you do not like the taste of green tea, the delicious accessories like orange and mint, will help you love the this healthy beverage.

           Ingredients:

          – 4 cups of water

            – 5 green tea bags

– 1 orange

          – some fresh mint

Preparation:
In a 4 cups of boiling water, add the five bags of green tea. Leave them for about 3 minutes, then leave it to cool.

Cut the orange into slices. In a large jar put the green tea and add orange slices and fresh mint.

Close the jar and let it stand for the night to let the ingredients combine well. Two cups is sufficient amount for a person to consume throughout the day.

It’s best to consume this beverage before each meal.
