These infections are caused by bacteria and viruses that enter the nasal passage, making it hard to breathe. While sinus infections only last a week or so, you can quickly treat the infection in about 20 seconds with this simple method.
To do this, you will need to push the tongue against the mouth’s roof, and place the thumbs between the eyebrows. Apply pressure with the thumbs, allowing the sinuses to drain.
This method will help the vomer bone to move back and forth which will drain the sinuses.
Other remedies that can be used for sinus infection relief include using 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar mixed with one cup of water and one tablespoon of honey. One may also take one tablespoon of ACV three times daily to drain the sinuses.
Turmeric can also be used on meals to help relieve sinus infection as it is a strong anti-inflammatory. Or one can also make a saline rinse by mixing one cup warm water with ¼ teaspoon sea salt. Oregano oil can be added to meals or can also be placed in a pot of water to inhale the steam.
