Summer Diet Shake
This delicious diet shake can be a great substitute for ice cream, because it has only 160 calories and contains more fiber and vitamins than the ice cream.
– 1 cup of strawberries, raspberries or other forest fruit.
– Â½ cup of low-fat yogurt.
– Â½ cup of fresh orange or grapefruit juice.
Place all ingredients in blender and mix them. Serve it cold with a few ice cubes.
