There are up to 1.5 million new cancer cases in the United States, it makes us question the effectiveness of various drugs that have been widely circulated. A recent scientific discovery has changed our perspective of cancer.
According to a recent study, more than 70% of children and 75% of adults in the US are deficient in vitamin D. Vitamin D is important in preventing cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Unfortunately, most people do not realize the importance of vitamin D for their physical health. Vitamin D deficiency can be detected with a blood test, but you can detect it from some of the symptoms below:
Serotonin is a hormone that is associated with “happiness”. This hormone is highly dependent on exposure to sunlight. Several studies confirm that vitamin D deficiency increases the risk of depression 11-fold.
4.Asthma in children
Excessive sweating is not caused by strenuous activity. This is a typical symptom of a lack of vitamin D.
A study by Joan Lappe and Robert Heaney, held in 2007, in the group of postmenopausal women confirms that “D” can reduce the risk of all types of cancer by 77%. A separate study conducted by Dr. Cedric Garland also confirmed that a sufficient supply of vitamin D can reduce the risk of breast cancer.
These studies do not prove that “D” can cure cancer, but we can conclude that there is a close relationship between “D” and cancer. The linkage may be caused by a variety of aspects, such as the absorption of calcium, cardiovascular function, autoimmune system, which are strongly associated with vitamin D. Most scientists recommended intake of “D” as much as 600IU per day for people aged 1-70, and 1000IU per day for infants less than 12 months. We can get “D” from a variety of sources, such as tuna, mushrooms, fatty fish, orange juice, and so forth.
