Pineapple juice

Pineapple juice contains bromelain. Bromelain is a substance that has anti-inflammatory properties. This substance can relieve hip pain due to arthritis. Not only bromelain, pineapple juice contains almost all useful vitamins and minerals so it is recommended to be consumed. The recommended dose for pineapple juice consumption is 300 ml per day.

Cherry juice

This juice contains contain anthocyanin. Anthocyanin, like bromelain, has anti-inflammatory properties. As bromelain, anthocyanin can alleviate hip pain due to arthritis. Not only anthocyanin, cherry juice contains also copper and beta carotene substances which are needed in the recovery process after the healing of arthritis.

Raw Potato Juice

Potato has long been known as a food ingredient containing the anti-inflammatory ability. The ability of potato is derived from its constituent elements, such as organic salts, potassium and minerals. Potato juice is not very popular but effective for treating arthritis.

How to make a potato juice is by cutting potatoes into small pieces, mix them with water, and then blend. Store the juice in a damp place overnight and drink at the next morning. Drink potato juice before breakfast.
