The methods that apple cider vinegar can be used are:

1. Making an apple cider vinegar bath. Place 6 cups of water in a tub with some ACV. Place the feet in the tub and soak.  One may also take a towel and soak in the mixture, then apply to the neck and other parts of the body that are effected.

2. ACV mixed with coconut oil. This is used topically to treat arthritis pain. Mix one tablespoon of coconut oil with two tablespoons ACV.  Apply to painful areas and let sit to see best results.

3. Drink ACV. Mix apple cider vinegar mixed with water to combat arthritis. Use 8 ounces of water or juice (cherry is the best) with 1 to 3 tablespoons ACV, drinking before meals three times per day.
