Use Baking Soda For Soft, Smooth Feet

Every lady wants feet that are soft and smooth. Heels that are hard and cracked look awful and are often a huge inconvenience to woman. But baking soda can help to relieve this, as it is very beneficial to the skin on the feet. It will also help to soften the water and has an antiseptic property to it.

Baking soda is extremely cheap but very effective. It is gentle, yet will look like one spent all day at an expensive salon, having an expensive pedicure done.

To have a treatment, you will need 4 to 5 liters of fresh water and 3 tablespoons of baking soda. Begin by dissolving baking soda in hot water and then soaking the feet for 15 to 20 minutes. After soaking, give the feet a good rub with a foot scrubber.

Next rub on a good high quality nutritious cream or Vaseline, and put on a pair of cotton socks. Wear the socks for at least 2 hours.

After the first time doing this treatment, one will notice a difference in how the foot looks. The treatment should be done everyday for 5 to 7 days. Then a 7 day break can be taken. Repeat this schedule three times total. The feet will become beautiful and soft.
