VERY IMPORTANT Your Body has a Built-in Clock you DON’T Know about1

If you feel strange at certain time of the day (you have a headache or you are inactive), it is because some of your body organs regenerate due to certain damage, and your extraordinary sense is consequence of diverted energy in the body for restoration or maintenance.

Time table for organs renewal:
Lungs: 3am-5am
Colon: 5am-7am
Stomach: 7am-9am
Spleen: 9am-11am
Heart: 11am-1pm
Small intestine: 1pm-3pm
Bladder: 3pm-5pm
Kidneys: 5pm-7pm
Pancreas: 7pm-9pm
Blood vessels and arteries: 9pm-11pm
Gallbladder: 11pm-1am
Liver: 1am-3am

Lungs: The lungs are the first organs that regenerate, releasing toxins between 3 and 5 in the morning. This is why sometimes it happens that you cough during the night or wake up coughing. Your lungs are actually trying to get rid of waste. If you often cough in the morning, it is necessary to regulate your diet and lifestyle.

Colon: A healthy intestine needs water to do its job properly, so it often happens that you become thirsty between 5 and 7 am.

So you should drink plenty of water and take less caffeine in the morning. Caffeine is a diuretic and it takes the water off your intestines, kidneys and bladder. Your body needs water in the morning so it could renovate the colon. Thus digestion is done properly, the body weight is normalized and the aging process is slowed down. For colon health is important to be defecated in the morning before breakfast.

VERY IMPORTANT Your Body has a Built-in Clock you DON’T Know aboutStomach: The stomach is renewed between 7 and 9 o’clock in the morning and in those moments you should not eat large meals. While the colon takes a lot of water to be able to function, the stomach needs small quantity of water. It would be good to start your morning with juice or fruit that is easy to digest. If possible, take only liquids in the morning.

Spleen: The spleen is purified from 9 to 11 in the morning. During this period, it is in a weakened state, which can intensify the symptoms of a disease from which you are suffering at that moment. This is because the spleen is closely connected to the liver and immune system. A healthy spleen produces antibodies when there is an infection and continuously controls the presence of foreign bodies in the blood.

Heart: The heart is regenerated between 11 am and 1 pm, which is why at this time you can feel fast heart beat or arrhythmia. About 70% of heart attacks occur just in the period of the heart recovery.

Small intestine: Have you noticed that between 1 and 3 o’clock in the afternoon you are prone to bloating and indigestion? If this happens, the reason is improper diet. Changing eating habits should solve the problem.

The kidneys and bladder: From 3 to 7 in the afternoon you certainly feel sleepy or tired. When the kidneys are healthy and function properly, you should feel rested and not tired at this time.

Pancreas:  From 7 to 9 pm usually occurs the urge for sweets or carbohydrates. The kidneys regulate the pancreas, and in case you really eat something sweet in this period, you will feel pain in the lower back just because of the kidneys.

The kidneys, bladder and pancreas are linked and are part of one system. If you are sleepy early in the evening, it’s probably because your pancreas needs regeneration.

Blood vessels and arteries: Blood vessels are renewed from 9 to 11 at night. As a result, you may experience headaches and nausea.

The liver and gallbladder: Between 11 pm and 3 am these two organs are renewed. Has it happened that you cannot fall asleep at this time? This means that the liver did not process the waste from the body which irritates your body, causing insomnia and nervousness.

Take care of your health. The more you know about your body, it will help you take care of your health, easily. Therefore, start paying attention to your body clock so you always know what is happening.
