Acne and exfoliation are two skin problems that often affect women. Instead of spending a lot of money to purchase a variety of creams and synthetic drugs, you can make your own natural cream. You only need palm oil and baking soda, which of course they are easily obtained.
Unlike the chemical drugs sold in various stores of cosmetics, coconut oil and baking soda do not carry significant side effects for your skin. In fact, they can be eaten so that they bring both external and internal treatment.
When mixed, these two ingredients are very effective for the treatment of acne, scars, sloughing off dead skin, redness, and oil cleanup.
Baking soda can serve as a polishing agent for various domestic purposes. Baking soda can also be used for cosmetic purposes and solutions for acne. The skin pH imbalance is a major factor of growth of acne and baking soda works to improve skin’s pH balance, automatically reducing the risk of acne.
Coconut oil contains antibacterial compounds that are also useful for healing the skin humidity.
If mixed with baking soda, you will get a natural cream that is very soft, which can even be applied on the most sensitive skin. It’s strongly recommended for you to use traditional wet-milled virgin coconut oil.
How to make:
If you have sensitive skin it is advisable to use a 2: 1 ratio with 2 for the coconut oil and 1 for baking soda. If you do not have any problem with sensitive skin, then use a 1: 1 ratio. Combine both ingredients until you get a cream.
How to use:
Apply the cream on your face in a circular motion. Massage your face a few minutes and let the cream as a mask. Next step is to wash your face with warm water. Do this regularly and you will get a great result.
