What Apple Cider Vinegar Can Make to Your Skin

Apple cider vinegar has  very nutritious ingredients in it, made from apples that are crushed up and placed in a wooden barrel. There are also enzymes and amino acids found in apple cider vinegar, also referred to as ACV.

It is best to make apple cider vinegar from organic apples because these apples have all the ingredients needed to make a perfect batch of ACV.

Apple cider vinegar can be used to treat the skin by improving it.  Blood circulation is improved when applied to the skin as the small capillaries are stimulated.  The skin function will also be increased as ACV is known to restore the PH of the skin.

Bad bacteria and dead skin cells will also be removed from the skin when apple cider vinegar is used on the skin.

This will help pores that are blocked and will give a result of better looking skin.

Did you know that ACV will help with the aging process of the skin?  Wrinkles that are seen on the skin can be reduced as the sulfur will decrease them.

The skin will also see a decrease in peeling and and fat layers on the skin’s surface will begin to be removed. ACV is great for treating pimples as well.

The following recipe works like a charm for those that suffer from pimples:

  • 1 cup chamomile tea
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar

Mix all ingredients together.  Swipe the face with a cotton ball soaked in the mixture each night before bed.

Dead skin cells can also be removed by using the following recipe:

  •  90 ml mineral water
  • 150 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Effervescent aspirin

Mix the water and the ACV.  Crush up the aspirin and add to the mixture.  Use this on enlarged pores, spots with rough skin and areas marked with acne.

Apple cider vinegar can also help to regulate the PH of the skin.  Mix the following together and use with a cotton ball to clean the entire face:

  • 2/3 cup filtered water
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 drops lavender oil
