What To Do For A Body That Is Too Acidic

The PH level in the body is maintained by what we put into our bodies. In the body, the PH balance is a combination of the balance of acid and alkaline. In order to survive, the body must have a PH balance of 7.365, which is slightly alkaline.

However, with so many Americans eating too much of the foods that cause the body to become acidic, such as refined grains, processed sugars, and genetically modified organisms, it can lead to many diseases.

These diseases include cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease and heartburn. Keeping the body too acidic can also cause the body to age faster. Candida, viruses, bad bacteria and parasites will thrive in an environment that is too acidic. Should an individual attempt to alkalize the body, all of this will be neutralized.

Here is a home remedy for making the body more alkaline.

Begin by taking 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda and mixing it with 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar. This combination will fizz due to an acid being added to a base.

Once it has stopped fizzing, add 8 ounces of water. Drink the solution down. This will neutralize the PH in the body and create an alkaline environment. Stomach acid will be reduced, as will acidosis.
